Necar Zadegan is a German actress who was born on July 20, 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship, and then later gained American status. Necar gained fame for her acting after she won the role of first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action show. Necar Zadegan model, although she's not particularly popular. Then she played Caroline in two episodes of the Floored and Lifted TV series in 2009.
