Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American artist and actress. She gained fame for her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She played the leading role Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her younger sister is Ally. While growing up Aubrey participated in the Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. The valedictory was her 2012 class. Harvard University accepted her but admitted her twice, the second time to accept the role she played in Nashville. Peeples has guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Austin & Ally Grey's Anatomy (2005), and also portrayed a role as a recurring character for the show Necessary roughness (1991). She appeared in made for TV films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In the second season, she was a part of Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder while speaking in the spring of 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples among the best actors below the age of 20 in September 2014.
